It gives off aromas of peaches, pears, and citrus. The flavor is citrusy and slightly buttery. Pseudonimo is a white Pet Nat from Portugal, also dry and very refreshing. You can tell it is a Pet Nat if it has a bottle cap top instead of a cork. These are fun wines to drink and would be great for the holidays or just to sip before dinner.
